How Do I Take Care Of My Rug?

Too maintain the longevity of your rug it's important to take proper care of them. It's recommended you gently vacuum with a hand attachment every couple weeks or use a lint roller. Additionally it's highly recommended you don't put your rug in the wash. Hand washing with a damp cloth and mild detergent is recommended. friendly. Hours go into tufting singular pieces making sure they are up to standards.

Do You Offer Pickup?

Do You Offer Refunds?

No, at this time we currently don't offer refunds for any of our products.

What Materials Do You Make Your Rugs With?

We currently use 100% acrylic yarn to tuft our rugs on an eco friendly burlap backing. Additionally we use Ultrabond eco glue to mend the yarn together ensuring your rug will never fall apart. Lastly our rugs are backed with high qaulity felt material using gorilla glue to hold together.

We are currently based out of Belle River, Ontario Canada.

Can I Hang My Rug?

We actually encourage our customers to hang their rugs to improve the longevity of your custom piece.

What Payment Methods Do You Take?

We currently take e-transfer, stripe and paypal. Additionally, we take cash for all pick-up orders within the Windsor-Essex region!

How Do I Know If My Design Is Too Complicated?

It's very hard to determine if a design is too complicated because of many variables however we hope the images below can help distinguish if we can create your idea.
